Error Code 0×1:
Message 1;”ERROR_INVALID_FUNCTION”
Description of Error Windows Code Error 1:
This means your system was not able to find a device, because there was no driver found for that device in your computer.
It could also mean that the device was installed in the driver wrong, or that the connection from the device to the computer in in correct. That is when you would see this error code.
Troubleshooting Error 1:
This error code may be due to your computer not being able to install the device properly.
Sometimes due to the registry having invalid entries or corrupt files or folders, which could also mean outdated
stuff(files,folders).
SOLUTION:
Reinstall DUN and NCP. Follow the steps carefully in the Device Status Box. You may want to remove the device all together
in the Device Manager, then open it and run it again to Add New Hardware wizard. If the problem continues check your registry codes
and/ or contact the company the device came from.
